About this trip

Learn to teach. Teach to learn. Love Yoga. Be Yoga. Live Your Yoga

“With no expectations of who we are now as opposed to who we were then, the practice is a time to be in the present, let go of the past, and arrive in the future. As the layers shed, the light that shines within all of us begins to glow brighter. We discover that Yoga is far greater than we have ever imagined it to be. ~ Jade Skinner

Yoga Teacher Training is a time to enrich yourself as a student and share the artistry of this magnificent practice with everyone you meet. There’s something really special about a group of individuals coming together in a similar mindset of individual transformation. We all arrive on the mat for some type of healing whether we know it or not. Even though your reason may differ from the person next to you we are all apart of something much more. This is a time to dive deeper into the yogic tradition of what brings this beautiful practice to life!

This training provides you with, structure, compassion, inspiration, dedication, clarity, proficiency, self-love and a substantial platform to learn and grow from. Teacher Training programs do require a lot from you physically, mentally, energically, and emotionally. Proper self-care is continuously discussed and encouraged throughout the training to keep you on the up and up.

Outside of learning to teach physical asana, explore the deeper realms of yoga such as Sanskrit Chanting, Mediation, Anatomy, The Bhagavad Gita, Patajali's Yoga Sutras, Ayurveda, Business Ethics, Teacher-Student relationship, and much more.  Learn how to skillfully build a class using thematic sequencing. Tap into the Art of Restorative and Yin practices.

I believe in my heart that you will walk away from this training feeling confident and comfortable implementing every aspect of yoga into your teachings! Once you have successfully completed the course, you will be able to register with Yoga Alliance at the 200hr level..

Students applying for this Yoga Teacher Training Course are required to have a daily yoga practice for one year or more.  No previous teaching experience is required to participate.

Hi! Where to begin....I’ll try to keep this short and sweet! I live in sunny Florida where I teach yoga full-time and have been for 12 years. Ashtanga Yoga taught Mysore style is my niche, but I’m pretty well versed in others styles of yoga too such as restorative, yoga therapy, yin, creative flow, pranayama meditation and SUP yoga. My latest hobbit is paddling outrigger canoes on the side for fun and competing. I enjoy rock-climbing and absolutely love hiking. Total plant nerd when I’m out in nature. I love, love, love food! Everytime I’m out in a new city, the first thing I do is lock down the hottest spots to eat and the best wine list. Exploring has always been in my blood since I was a little girl, so I get the travel bug quite often. I love being around people, hanging with friends, making new friends and but when I get down time I love cuddling with my cat. If I write anymore I might have to publish a book.

Great adventure! Relaxing & energizing at the same time. Connected with nature, connected with people, and reconnected with myself. Jade Ashtanga is awesome, Jungle Keva is awesome and Smiling Tulum Tours is awesome!
