6.00-6.45am Meditation (Art of Practice) 7.00-8.30am Yoga practice (Art of Practice) 8.30-9.30am Breakfast 9.30-11.00am Spiritual Intention or Special Topics (Art of Healing) 11.15-12.45pm Yoga Philosophy (Art of Living) or Anatomy (Art of Teaching) 1.00-2.30pm Lunch 2.30-3.30pm Methodology (Art of Teaching) 3.30-5.45pm Techniques (Art of Teaching) 6.30-7.30pm Dinner 7.30-8.30pm Satsang/Transformational Experiences (every other night) (Art of Healing) Every 4th day will be a half day and every 8th day will be a day off.
