Lane was very generous with his time and energy... with teaching one of the of the most complete yoga classes that didnt leave anything neglected. The highlight, though, was the very profound breathwork session that he led.
Sarah was absolutely delightful, such a great, unstoppable sense of good humor, and she took outstanding care of us, above and beyond attentiveness! Loved it! Perfect Me-treat!
