History
Built in 1895 by S. A. Eddins, your accommodations, the Farm House is said to be the second oldest home in the Belmont neighborhood of Charlottesville.. In the late 1800s and early 1900s, it was located on what was considered the elite street for successful businessmen and merchants. Eventually, in 1897 S.A. Eddins deeded the home to his children. The family later sold it to Samuel J. Robinson in 1906.
Samuel J. Robinson was considered one of the wealthiest and most influential residents of the Belmont Farm House. At one time, he owned nearly an entire block of land, including his residence and every lot behind his house to Monticello Road.. Mr. Robinson passed away in 1942, his family sold the home in 1945. Decades later, the Thomas family purchased the home renovating it into a rooming house and an apartment building.

The Belmont Neighborhood is referred to as the "SoHo of Charlottesville". This trendy area offers a popular mix of housing styles, corner markets, coffee shops, and some of the best restaurants in Charlottesville. The well known downtown pedestrian mall is just a 10 minute walk away. The University of Virginia is 1.5 miles away, WAHOOWA!
The Yoga
The Blissful Journey Yoga experience offers ALL LEVEL classes. Your instructor will guide you through uniquely crafted Vinyasa sequences, transforming your practice. The classes will allow you to tap into your pranayama, bandhas, chakras and even more! Be prepared to experience a delightful Mind and Body connection.
Your Organizer
Your instructor Crystal is a seasoned instructor with more than 6 years of teaching experience.
She is a 200-Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance. Her teaching styles include vinyasa, hatha and mediation. You can find her teaching at YogaWorks and Mind the Mat in Northern Virginia. Crystal ultimately, teaches to spread joy, tranquility and inspire others.

The Ode to C'ville is the most spacious unit in the Belmont Farmhouse. This two-level condo offers a ton of natural light. Enjoy the open living space and with an exposed brick wall with and a custom vintage-inspired mural.
Relax in the living room and share a meal at the farmhouse table in the dining room. Up the stairs, you will find a King bedroom that spans the entire length of the condo. The bathroom includes a sliding barn door that with a skylight above the stand-up shower.
Enjoy your own porch with a bistro set, perfect for sipping a beverage or reading a book.
