10:00AM.  Introduction et preparation 


10:15AM. SUP-Yoga 

Une experience pour votre bien-être de yoga sur paddle board. 

L'eau est une element subtile et fort qui offre des propriétés de guérison et de renforcement. 


12:00PM.  Lunch Break 


1;30PM. ACRO-YOGA 

AcroYoga aux côtés de Didier et Lence passionnés et experimentés dans cette discipline pluridisciplinaire.

Venez découvrir un art qui mélange les connaissances rudimentaires du Yoga, l'énergie de l'acrobatie et le lâcher-prise du massage thaï. Cette combinaison permet de développer la confiance en soi, mais aussi envers les autres tout en favorisant l'interconnexion et le partage entre individus.

Nous commencerons par les postures de base de l'Acroyoga solaire/acrobatique, puis nous enchaînerons avec une partie lunaire plus thérapeutique.

- change of clothes to be dry and at ease during lunch break and for the Acro-Yoga practice

Christelle Chopard has been practicing Sup-Yoga since 2009. She is a kitesurfer, open-water swimmer, E-RYT500, C-IAYT, LDYT, Qigong Instructor, Holistic Therapist as well as the founder of DHARMI® Method and YOGA-WATER

What to bring & what to wear?

You will wear comfortable outfit that can get wet and stretch for practice on the water. 

It is best to take a change of clothes to be dry after the morning practice which will make it more comfortable for the afternoon acro-yoga experience. 

You can bring a hat and/or sunglasses with a cord-attach so they won't fall in the water. 

It is best to wear organic sunscreen to protect yourself from the sun while considering your health and the one of your environment. 

You will bring a towel and a yoga mat for the practice. Be aware that the teachings will be outdoor on the grass, in fine attunement with nature.

  • Rental SUP paddle board
    We provide the SUP, paddle boards and the gears that are necessary for a harmonious safe practice on the lake.
  • Teachings
    You receive guidance from registered yoga teachers. Christelle Chopard is C-IAYT, E-RYT500, .. Didier and Lence are also certified instructors.
