Yoga & Wellness on the Chamomile Farm
A mini-day retreat to connect within, with nature, and to community, on a local chamomile farm.

Join Christine, and Marcia of Sleepy Road Farms, for a calming day on the farm!
You will take a Healing Hatha Yoga class (all levels welcome) with Christine, a chamomile soap-making class with Marcia, sip on farm fresh organic chamomile tea, practice meditation, Pranayama (breathing exercises), and journaling. We will conclude our time with a soothing Sound Healing Bath and inner connection guidance with Christine.

~ Practice yoga, connect to nature, say hi to the cows and chickens, learn a new skill, take home your bar of organic chamomile soap for you, or save as a Mother's Day gift for a loved one, slow down, meditate, connect to the spirit of chamomile, connect within ~

Arrive at 11:45am 
Introductions and opening meditation: 12PM-12:15PM
Healing Hatha Yoga Class: 12:15PM-1:15PM
Snacks: 1:15PM-1:40PM
Soap Making Class: 1:45PM-3:15PM
Tea tasting + intentional journaling: 3:15PM-3:40PM
Pranayama practice: 3:45PM-4PM
Sound Healing Bath: 4PM-4:30PM
Closing Practice: 4:30PM-4:45PM

* A yoga mat (can be provided for those that forget or do not have one) OR large beach towel/beach blanket
&nbsp;- some people prefer to practice on a large beach blanket when outdoors
* A Journal you can write in
