About this trip


With 9 days of beach bliss on the tranquil island of Rasdhoo, A place for relaxation and rejuvenation. Experience guided morning meditations and yoga and movement classes with renowned yoga teachers. Learn simple self-care techniques such as meridian yoga and acupressure massage from wellness experts, along with a one hour complimentary private bodywork session of your choice (reflexology, meridian therapy, or acupuncture). Savor fresh meals. Enjoy snorkeling safaris in Maldivian waters and a day on an uninhabited Maldivian Sandbank. Sounds like a perfect getaway!

We'll gather in the yoga studio each morning for a guided meditation. Every day will have a specific mindfulness focus: breath meditation, body awareness meditation, listening meditation, walking meditation on the beach, metta (loving kindness) meditation, as well as some simple chanting through the chakras. Meditations will be accompanied by the sounds of Tibetan singing bowls.

After breakfast we'll meet again in the studio for an invigorationg hatha flow yoga practice. 

You're on your own until mid afternoon to explore the area, have lunch, (one hour is included in your package), go for a swim, nap in a hammock, walk on the beach. The options are endless and the time is yours to enjoy!

Our afternoon class will be a scrumptious way to wind down the day with a cooling, gentle hatha yoga practice and various pranayama (breathing) exercises.

Dinner starts at 7:00 p.m., so you'll have the early evening to enjoy as you wish.

April 1 (arrival)

4:00 - 6:00 p.m. - Arrival and getting comfortable in rooms

7:00 - 9:00 p.m. - dinner served during these hours

April 2 to  April 7 

7:00 - 7:30 a.m. - Guided Meditation

7:30 - 9:00 a.m. - Breakfast served during these hours

9:30 - 11:30 a.m. - Yoga Practice

11:30 - 3:00 p.m. - Free Time / Treatments

3:00 - 5:00 p.m. - Yoga Practice

5:00 - 7:00 p.m. - Free Time

7:00 - 9:00 p.m. - Dinner served during these hours

April 10th

7:00 - 7:30 a.m. - Closing circle meditation

7:30 - 9:30 a.m. - Breakfast

9:30 - 11:00 a.m. - Check out
