A sacred and nurturing retreat environment, positioned on a majestic hilltop, surrounded by preserved land, Sagrada Wellness is a one-of-a-kind Central Coast California yoga retreat destination. Known for their boutique style Yoga Retreats, sacred Sanctuary, delicious rustic yet gourmet cuisine and acupuncture services. Sagrada's cuisine is organic, vegetarian, nourishing and memorable. Not restrictive in philosophy, enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning and robust local Paso Robles wine with dinner. This all-inclusive yoga retreat is ideal for deepening your connection to yourself and yoga practice.
Slow down and connect to the best part of who you are in a beautiful place. This retreat is designed to give you time for yoga, writing and reflection. Practicing yoga and writing together can change your life in the most profound and liberating ways. Our yoga practice will release stress and tension in the body in order to unlock creativity. Our writing process will focus on manifesting your dreams and creating what you really want for your life. This retreat will offer new tools to explore your writing and yoga practice, deepened connection with your voice and shared experience in a group. Yoga and writing can have a positive impact on your physical health. Even if you don’t consider yourself a “writer,” combining yoga and putting pen to paper can be a transformative experience.
Practice yoga daily, with a vinyasa flow practice in the morning and calming practice in the evening. Each yoga session followed by a guided writing session. Plenty of free time for rest and relaxation or to schedule acupuncture services.
**Space is limited. Place $250 deposit or pay in full to secure your spot. Balance is due on or before June 1, 2017.
Check in is after 2pm on the scheduled retreat date. Check out is noon on the scheduled last day of the retreat.
