      About this trip

A 7-day yoga retreat by the sea in the beautiful Greek peninsula of Pelion, home of the centaurs. Fully catered, infinity pool, spectacular ocean views from all bedrooms.  Built by the owners and in a beautiful, private setting, right on the edge of sea, Dolphins Leap Retreat is surrounded by olive trees and has been created to ensure absolute peace and harmony. Beautiful bedrooms all have sea views, west facing terraces abound, yoga terrace with steps straight into the crystal clear turquoise sea, glorious sunsets, infinity pool, sandy beach, this is the perfect location for you to re-energise and revitalise in beautiful, private, undiscovered and hidden Greece by the sea. Delicious, freshly prepared local Greek healthy vegetarian food on site. Wine option at dinner. Individual massage treatments can be arranged at extra cost. Footpaths and coastal walks to neighbouring villages. Tavernas just 10 minutes walk.

      Your yoga teacher

The teacher on this retreat is Molly Harragin.  Molly sequences her retreats through the chakra model. Every day you will be exploring a new chakra physically, mentally, and energetically. The morning classes will focus more on the physical body aiming to open and strengthen and the evening classes will be more relaxing and will explore more of the energetic aspect. There will be an optional meditation every morning down on the beach. Molly hopes you will use the week to rediscover yourself through these ancient practices and find more balance and harmony in your life.

      Accommodation

All rooms have sea views and 24-hour air-conditioning (optional). You can choose to share a room with a friend or another solo traveller, or alternatively you can also book a room for single occupancy (see below for details). Facilities on the property include a beautiful infinity swimming pool where you can relax and enjoy the swimming (and the views), and a private diving platform into the crystal-clear Aegean sea. There is a secluded beach right next to the property and a stunning coastal path leading in both directions, perfect for walking and exploring the neighbouring coves and villages. In the village you will find two tavernas and a beach bar in case you want to sample the local delicacies independently.

      Meals

The price includes three delicious vegetarian meals a day with wine served at dinner (optional), except for one night out at the local taverna - allow approx 20 euros (not included in the price).

I had a wonderful time - gorgeous people, fantastic Bowstring yoga in the most beautiful setting. The venue was so comfortable and the food was simply delicious. The location is perfect, just a short stroll to the nearest beach and a few more steps to the taverna. There are wonderful footpaths on the doorstep. I have to add that I don’t think a better yoga terrace could be found! After the retreat I felt totally relaxed and refreshed and revitalized. Thank you Pippa, Nick and Bonnie - I’ll be back!

What a great retreat did me and my mom have with Pipa and Carlotta! The location is just simply mind blowing. The rooms are beautifull and the ocean view is totally awesome. Twice we saw dolphins in the bay in the morning. That is truly the best way to end a yoga session. Well not completely actually, the breakfast and diners made by the Greek cook (forgot her name, sorry), made it even more perfect. All the foods are fresh and vegetarian. The yoga platform is overlooking the see and you can hear the water of the sea during the yoga session. This is so extremely relaxing. Feeling the breeze of the air during our practice was really refreshing. The yoga sessions itself were very good. Adjusted to everyones personal level, and as challenging as our body could handle. I really like how I felt so much stronger towards the end of the week. Without Carlotta's professional guidance on postures and motivation to keep a pose just a bit longer, this would not have been possible.
