Experience practicing Yoga with Ignacia, she will guide you through a journey of body movement, meditation and breathing techniques, during a three hour workshop!
Daily life is often too active to let us sit and quiet the mind, that’s why our prime focus on this workshop is to relax the body, quiet the mind and let the power of Hatha yoga do the work. This Yoga practice will strongly shake the energy within you and boost your immune system, empower your circulatory, balance your digestive and uplift your nervous system with sensations of holistic wellness.
This experience in ancient Athens shall remain you feeling healthy and peaceful.
Note that you don’t have to bring anything to the class besides your water bottle if you wish. Yoga mats will be provided for three first people to sign in, blankets are available to everyone and Tean&fruits will follow the practice.

Ignacia has travelled the world teaching Yoga for over 7 years. She has visited and taught in places like Chile, the US, central Europe and Africa. She is living a spiritual journey with mission to spread healing medicine around the world and this is why her number one motivation is sharing Yoga with you.
