Rising Ritual: Womb Yoga in the Mist
We begin at sunrise, breathing with the earth as the jungle awakens. Gentle womb yoga opens the hips, softens the heart, and calls life force into flow. With each breath, we honor the pulse of our ancestors, awakening the sacred feminine within.
Rising Nourishment: Fruit of the Earth
Breakfast is light, pure, and living fruit plucked straight from the trees that surround us. Sweet mangoes, starfruit, and papaya nourish our bodies as the sun kisses our skin. We eat barefoot, giving thanks to the land that feeds us.
Midday Journey: The Herbal Walk
Led by local healers, we journey through the lush Jamaican hillsides to meet the plants that hold our medicine. We touch, smell, and taste each leaf — Dog Blood, Cerasee, Guinea Hen Weed, Strong Back — learning their names, spirits, and uses. We eat straight from the trees, learning how to live in communion with nature’s pharmacy.
Sacred Lunch: From Hand to Leaf
We dine the way our ancestors did with no plates, no plastic, only nature. Meals are served in broad green leaves, seasoned with herbs gathered along the walk. The act of eating becomes prayer, a return to simplicity and reverence.
Afternoon: Womb Circle in the Jungle
We gather beneath the canopy for our Womb Circle and into a sacred exchange of truth, release, and sisterhood. Each wombman shares her medicine, her tears, her joy. Drums, wind, and birds become our background choir as the jungle holds our voices in love.
Evening: Fire Dinner & Rebirth Ceremony
As night falls, we share a nourishing dinner under the stars beside the sacred fire. Laughter, dance, and slow conversation fill the air. Together, we burn our arts and crafts from the day before; our symbolic offerings of what we are ready to release. Ashes rise to the night sky, carrying our intentions into new beginnings.
We close the night in stillness, wombs warm and hearts open — fully rebirthed into our softness, our strength, our divinity.
