About this trip
Every day of your six day retreat presents opportunities to renew mind, body and spirit in an ocean view tropical setting. Indulge in gentle yoga twice daily. Allow time alone at an exotic beach, partake in an art or wellness workshop, or explore ancient trails. Enjoy fresh, island style, mostly organic meals. Paddle an outrigger canoe like an energetic teenager, or melt into a massage at a nearby spa. Set aside your tech gear and allow healing and rejuvenation to begin.
February 1st is a bonus night, only $100
Your bonus night includes lodging, breakfast on February 2nd, and local transportation. We can drive you from Kahului Airport to Hana or catch a low cost Cessna on Mokulele Air and delight in seeing waterfalls and often dolphins during a quick 20 minute jaunt. The retreat officially begins at noon on February 2nd, for five days and nights. Adventures evolve and friendships blossom.

- Ocean view LodgingThe retreat house is a five bedroom home by the sea in the unique town of Hana, Maui, the true Hawaiian paradise. It is a rambling ranch style home with expansive decks, huge Banyan tree & comfort.
- Gentle Yoga Twice DailyWe will have two or three instructors. Yoga is at 7am and 5pm on most days. Sunrise is gorgeous !
- All Meals, Island StyleEnjoy fresh, mostly vegan (fish or chicken at most meals too), mostly organic ingredients
- Local TransportationWe will drive you in two rental SUV's, or rent your own. We are happy to transport you on February 1st from the airport and bring you back on February 7th. OR take an exciting Cessna via Mokulele Air

- Spa treatments & alcoholIf you'd like to enjoy spa treatments or alcoholic beverages we suggest you do so offsite. Hotel Travaasa and the Hana Ranch are wonderful sights for a cocktail with a water view. Several top spas !

Lovely corner garden suite is huge. Enjoy it alone with just the Queen bed, or we can add a nice twin bed for a friend to join you. Full private bathroom with shower over tub. Private garden entrance. Large table for journaling or jotting a fun postcard to a friend. Extra shelves for your favorite personal items.
Early bird solo price is $3100. Shared, the early bird prices are: $2450 Queen, plus $1950. Twin. These rates cover all of your retreat expenses (see what's included section). Airfare is not included. After December 20th rates are $100 higher each.

Yes, a comfy futon ! Enjoy an ocean view across the pasture. Books galore in this private room with a tropical desk by the window. Shared bath (with one other person and an occasional use by retreat host). Early bird rate by December 20th is $2150 for your full retreat package. After this date, $2350.
Itinerary
Enter Kipahulu, the "Valley of the Love Snatching Wind" and be enchanted by grazing horses, lush gorges and thick vegetation. We hike through a towering bamboo forest and make our way through sacred grounds to an astonishing 400 foot waterfall. Birdsong and murmurs of bamboo gently swaying and clicking are magical. After that -- a surprise awaits !
