1. IDEATION
We extract, shape, and refine your book idea so it's clear, powerful, and market-ready. Research, structure, and positioning—all done. This is CRITICAL so that you write a book that people want to read.

2. CREATION
You’ll write the bulk of your book (yes, really) with support from AI tools and templates, get a compelling book cover designed and your book will be professionally formatted for all platforms and edited.

3. PUBLICATION
We walk you through publishing your book to Amazon KDP, IngramSpark, and your own website. You’ll leave the retreat either published or ready to press "publish" within days.

4. AMPLIFICATION

Welcome to Miami! Plan to arrive in Miami by 4 PM to check in to your chosen accomodations.

If you select the accommodations add-on, your check in time will be at 4 PM. If you'd like early check in, email us after registration and we'll let you know if there is an additional cost to check in early.

After checking in, we'll meet up at 6 PM for our dinner reservations.

On Saturday morning we'll start promptly at 9 AM and will end at approximately 6 PM with an hour and a half pause for lunch on your own at about 1 PM.

This is a full day and will encompass the first 2 Phases of the system: IDEATION & CREATION.

Sunday is the day we wrap up everyone's books and move on to our PUBLICATION & AMPLIFICATION phases. You'll leave with a solid marketing plan to sell thousands of books!
