Phillip Pugh, Scott Collins and Larisa Epps welcome you to the Tour Page for the Youth Orchestra of Central Jersey's Summer Tour to Washington DC! Tour Resource Consultants will be planning the trip, and this Registration and Payment website is hosted by WeTravel.com. Early on in the Registration Process you will be asked to create a WeTravel account. We strongly urge you do so, as this will allow easy access to log back in to make payments and update traveler data. When creating your password, be sure to follow the instructions (at least one capital letter, a number, etc).
The students should select the Land-Only Package for Quad/Triple Occupancy.
Parents and Staff should choose between Double/Twin Occupancy and Single Occupancy.
Each package has a 4 payment schedule, with Registration closing on January 30, 2023.
Land-Only Tour Price Includes:

2 Nights Hotel Accommodations (students in triple/quad occupancy, double/single occupancy for adults)
Deluxe Private Motorcoach transportation as per the itinerary
Truck for the transport of large instruments included (Driven by YOCJ volunteer)
Paid admission to a National Symphony Orchestra Concert (tbc)

2 Dinners
1 Lunch (Bowling Pizza Party)
2 Performances (Clinic/Performance Saturday; Lincoln Memorial Sunday)
All gratuities to bus drivers, tour managers, local guides and group meal waitstaff included

By rule, each participant must choose their level of travel insurance coverage when paying their deposit and registering for the tour. Purchasing the insurance when registering eliminates pre-existing conditions. The prices shown are age-rated for 34 years old or younger. Click on the type of insurance you desire, and purchase it. If you are older than 34, we will contact you within 10 days to collect the additional premium. For your convenience, we offer group travel protection of Safe Travels First Class, provided by Trawick International.

Post-departure (Trip Interruption) coverage is recommended as a minimum. This covers
participants while they are on their way to, during their stay, and when returning from Europe. This coverage provides Trip interruption benefits, Trip Delay, Baggage Delay and Loss, Theft or Damage, Medical Expense and Emergency Evacuation coverage, and more.
Pre-Departure Trip Cancelation Insurance - This plan provides coverage for Trip Cancellation for a Covered Reason (pre-departure) and Trip interruption benefits, Trip Delay, Baggage Delay and Loss, Theft or Damage, Medical Expense and Emergency Evacuation coverage, and more. Paying for this when paying your deposit eliminates any pre-existing conditions. With this insurance, 100% of your trip cost can be refunded if you cancel for a covered reason.
Cancel For Any Reason - This plan includes all of the benefits of Trip Cancelation Insurance, but if your decision to cancel is not for a covered reason, you may still cancel and receive 75% of your trip cost by refund. This insurance is 1.7 times more expensive than Trip Cancelation Insurance.

The Student Land-Only (Quad/Triple Room Occupancy) Package includes Land Services. This option has 4 payments spaced across several months. First Payment and subsequent payments may be made by credit card and/or bank draft. A merchant fee is assessed by WeTravel on credit card payments. No fee is assessed on payments made by bank draft.
The Parent/Staff Land-Only (Double/Twin Room Occupancy) Package includes Land Services. This option has 4 payments spaced across several months. The Parent/Staff Land-Only (Single Room Occupancy) Package includes Land Services. This option has 4 payments spaced across several months. This package if for accompanying family members with 3 or 4 per room. If you have a child who is participating as a performer in the tour, please DO NOT register them here. Performers should register with the Student Package (the first of the packages listed).
