About this trip

If yoga has changed your life and you want to pass that passion on to others, then this is the program for you. Deepen your knowledge and understanding of yoga, follow your heart and become a certified yoga teacher!

If you’re reading this right now, you’re here because you have a desire to evolve. You’re here because you want to reach your true potential and you’re here because you want to help others do the same. This program is exactly where you’re supposed to be, and we are excited to be a part of the journey!

This program has been made to be accessible and enjoyable for anyone who is willing to put all their efforts into positively transforming their lives and the lives of those they come in contact with. We want to help elevate leaders who have a burning desire to elevate the lives of the people around them.

This program is unique. It is designed to help you find your own authentic teaching voice and inherent natural style. This teacher training will build a strong foundation and provide teaching techniques that will help the student of yoga transform into a teacher of yoga. It will deepen and build your personal practice as you embark on a transformational journey toward becoming an inspiring yoga instructor. You will be challenged to go deeper into your physical practice and awaken within you, the capacity to guide, inform and inspire others.

You’ll leave having discovered your true self. To get to your true self, you must examine dreams you have forgotten, fears that are holding you back, and beliefs that are not your own. Finding the courage to discover who you really are will help you realize your true potential.

We encourage you to let go of your conditioned and limited beliefs and behaviors. This practice will, only then, help you tap into your true gifts and discover your true purpose. This will be a physically, mentally and emotionally demanding experience.

Our goals are to maximize your full potential and to turn your dreams into reality. At the end of the program, we want you to move forward in your life with more clarity, confidence, courage, love and happiness. We feel the best way to find a deeper connection with your inner being is in a peaceful and natural environment. Join us for a life-enhancing experience in paradise!

What Makes Our Teacher Training Unique?

- We honor our connection with nature and mother earth. We approach yoga as a means of exploring and deepening this connection.

- We understand that the learning process is not linear. Our teaching model incorporates group discussion, hands-on experimentation, experiential learning, and instructor support and feedback.

- We value the student learning process as both somatic and intellectual, offering rest and/or movement breaks throughout the day to encourage integration of the material.

- We value spiritual growth and personal development as a part of our YTT experience. While this is an intensive learning environment, it is also an opportunity to be impacted by yoga on a deep level.

- We emphasize safe and accurate anatomical cueing to support the longevity of your and your students' practices.

- We encourage modifications, adaptations, and the use of props to share yoga with all body types and needs.

EM
Beautiful place with an AMAZING staff! The food was so delicious! Everyone was really nice and accommodating. There were paddle boards and kayaks for us to use as well as snorkel equipment, float tubes, and other water gear! I took advantage of these and had a blast exploring the water! I learned so much during the yoga teacher training and I am extremely grateful for the teacher as well as all of those that helped her organize this trip. The only downside would be the lack of organization at times and not sticking to schedule, waiting on the instructor to arrive to class, and the noise at night. Sounds echoed pretty loudly through the walls and it made it difficult to sleep. Special thanks to Lisa, Kevin, Silvia, and Roberto! I appreciate you all! Much love!
It was truly restorative. The accommodations incredible. The people so friendly. The chef fed my soul and stomach. The yoga Shala was a perfect space. I want to return immediately!
The trip was great the waiting for the ferry seemed longer than it should be since there was more than one boat available. It was unexpected the amount of bugs that were bitting all day. The use of bug spray pretty much all day to try and keep them away was not pleasant. I am highly susceptible to bites and it made it uncomfortable and sort of kept me from others who were getting bit but not as much. The facility was great but away from the opportunity to take a walk or be out side of the resort at all. The staff at the resort were wonderful and accommodating especially the chef!!!! His meals were exceptional to say the least. Just a few things to consider should I decide to do it again.
What a pleasure it was to spend a week at Casa Cielo, next door to Coco B Wellness. The home is furnished with all the essentials you'll need during your stay. The pantry is stocked with more than enough spices and paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo and conditioner are also provided. (I mention this because not all homes provide these things.) The kitchen / living room combo is the main gathering area and it is decorated so tastefully. There's two comfortable couches, a chair and plenty of bar stools around the kitchen island, but you won't want to spend much time indoors. Right off of the living room is the patio and pool and it's a very relaxing, tranquil space. We spent our mornings there, until we headed down to the large, overstuffed bean bag style chairs by the ocean to soak up the afternoon sun and stare at the ocean. There's paddle boards available to guests, if you're feeling adventurous. The bedrooms are all a good size, the individual air conditioners work excellent and the bedding is extremely comfortable. Getting a good night's rest was never a problem. Lisa and Emma were always just a text away. Or, you can just walk between the two homes and you'll no doubt find someone willing to help you with anything you may want or need. I would definitely recommend renting this private villa in Isla Mujeres and hope to return someday.
Overall, good trip! Casa Coco was very pretty. Some water pressure issues and power outages due to the storms. The food got better throughout the week although we often said how it would have been nice to be able to order guac or a snack during the day with more substance than fruit & nuts. Meal times always had good yummy meals!
