I recently went on a trip with Jet Black Travel, and I must say that it was the worst experience I have ever endured in my life.
We paid top dollar for section-eight accommodations. The cruise ship was old, outdated, smelled, and looked different from the brochure pictures. There were actually two twin beds pushed together to make one king bed. However, the trip did get worse. When we returned to Cairo, the hotel was less than livable. Most individuals within the group were forced to check out and check into another hotel at our expense. When we voiced our concerns, we were told that if you don't like the accommodations, feel free to leave.
We Paid Top Dollar for a Subpar, Mediocre, And Overall HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
Worst By Far, when I communicated my concerns to the founder of Jet Black Travel, I was berated and made to feel less than all because he held a doctorate in pharmacy. After multiple thousands of dollars spent, and because I voiced my concerns, I was told that Jet Black Travel wasn’t the group for me by the founder of Jet Black Travel.
The founder of Jet Black didn’t try to listen to my concerns or provide an alternative option during the trip. Afterward, the trip was over; he became downright cruel. Rather than listening to my complaints, he simply just blocked me.

While we value all guest feedback, we categorically disagree with your assessment and review as you’ve shown and proven to be an issue from day one. What was even more bothersome were the many complaints from other guests, local vendors and service providers about your behavior and professionalism. The constant attitudes towards other people, lack of consideration for tour guides and irrational expectations was distasteful to many to say the least.
We would like to clarify that the accommodations provided during our trip were carefully selected five-star hotels, recognized for their quality and service both locally and internationally. Your experience was no different than the 100+ people that have visited Egypt with JetBlack Travel over the past 4 years. Many of these individuals have left reviews unbiasedly and interestingly, your review is the only one of its’ kind.
We understand that traveling internationally can sometimes challenge our expectations, and we strive to prepare our guests for the unique experiences they will encounter abroad. We stand firm in our statement and assertion. JetBlack Travel Group is not for you and you are not welcomed back on any trips for your behavior and treatment of other travelers and local partners. We have sent you a full refund for all other trips that you've booked and wish you well.

From start to finish, they provided exceptional care and professionalism. The team was not only warm and inviting but also incredibly personable. I had the pleasure of meeting wonderful people during the trip whom I look forward to connecting with in the future. Thank you for an unforgettable cultural journey. Visiting Egypt is always a pleasure. This is my second visit to Egypt with Jet black travel but my 6th trip with Jet black travel in total. The ground team in Egypt who tours the group gave an exceptional experience with great history and beautiful views of the Nile. They also made sure our safety was priority. I never felt unsafe. I especially enjoyed the hot air balloon ride. The hospitality and friendliness always brings me back. Anytime there is a question or concern it’s always handled respectfully. I’ll always travel with Jet black travel.

I just returned from my second trip with JetBlack! Egypt was all the rave and did not disappoint ... The JetBlack team curated an awesome, adventure filled, memorable and educational tour. Our Guides, Patricia, Ahmed and Ahmed-2 coined the Professor were top notch!! This trip checked so many boxes. What was really unexpected was the in-depth educational piece. Ahmed/The Professor, did an excellent job. The depth and breath of His knowledge and expertise was second to none!! There was no question he couldn't answer!! Having the rich history of this country narrated by an expert is worth more than I imagined. We simply did not view monuments and inscriptions, we had them vividly detailed to us!! Also, Ahmed & the Professor went out of their way to ensure all needs were met, we were completely safe, secure and comfortable... Simply the nicest Guys ever!! Not to mention, Patricia/January was the pace setter and life of the party!! Just more fun than words can express. We all immediately felt like family and bonded quickly in such a short time. A true testament to the caliper of individuals on this tour, and the environment fostered by JetBlack!! I was a solo traveler, but made some life long friends. I would recommend this trip and any trip offered by JetBlack!! If you are looking for the perfect balance of fun, exhilarating adventure and a bit of history and education, this is the trip for you!!

I recently had the privilege of embarking on a historical journey with JetBlack. From the moment I signed up, I knew I was in for something special, but what I experienced far exceeded my expectations.
The organization of the trip was impeccable. Every detail, from accommodations to transportation, was carefully planned, allowing me to relax and fully immerse myself in the experience & music. Our tour guide was not only knowledgeable about the historical sites we visited but also passionate, making each stop come alive with stories and insights.
However, what truly made this trip unforgettable was the people I met along the way. What started as a group of strangers quickly became a tight-knit family bonded by shared experiences and a love for exploration. Whether we were exploring ancient tombs or sharing meals together, the camaraderie and friendship made every moment even more special.
Overall, I cannot recommend this trip enough. If you’re looking for a well-organized, historical journey filled with unforgettable memories and the opportunity to make lifelong friends, look no further than JetBlack. Thank you for an experience that will stay with me forever.

I revently traveled to Egypt/Jordan with a phenomenal group of like minded individuals! Jet Black is very well organized and created a seamless and very memorable experience. Jet Black's leadership and logistics team is second to none. The team was always very communicative and placed high value on customer satisfaction. Cutural Immersion and education was key. The partners were very knowledgeable of the Egyptian and Jordanian history and way of life and displayed perfect professionalism. I wouldn't hesitate to book again, actually I am deciding on my next trip. Don't mull over it, just pay the deposit and plan to meet dope people and have the time of your life!

This is my 2nd time booking with Jet Black Travel and it was just as phenomenal as the first experience. I always wanted to go to Egypt and then Jordan was just a bonus for me 🇪🇬🇯🇴. I am so happy to explore the continent of Africa with a company that has passion and wants to not only make sure the attendees have a great fun experience but are also educated on the cities and countries they are visiting. I am definitely booking with Jet Black Travel again. The professional and attention to detail are unmatched. 10 out of 10 stars! They are the best!
