Today is full of sea adventure. We embark on a scenic ocean cruise stopping at a number of islands to snorkel, swim, spot wild dolphins, and enjoy island food.
We begin the morning with a visit to Changu Island's Prison Island -originally built to detain slaves. We stop to see the oldest turquoise. we then make our way back to the city and explore the narrow, winding streets of UNESCO-listed StoneTown on foot. We enjoy lunch in a Swahili seating at a historic spot, fused with oriental-Persian & Omani influences, giving you 360 views of the City and the Indian Ocean. Later we go to Forodhani night market and sample the best food.
Following breakfast, We make our way to Nungwi Island. We stop at a tidal pool to swim with marine turtles. The island is ringed by some of the best coral reefs in the world. Later enjoy a swim on the most beautiful palm-fringed beach.
We take a dhow cruise and make a few snorkeling stops at different beaches. Join Maasai warriors and do the "Adamu", which is a jumping dance, fused with high-energy whoops and rhythmic chanting. Later we enjoy the sunset at a picturesque spot overlooking the ocean.
