Sonia has a BA in Social Welfare and Dance Minor from UC Berkeley. She is devoted to helping others discover their true self through yoga and meditation. As a lifelong student, Sonia continues to study the many facets of yoga.
My intention is to live each day with a heart full of gratitude and hope that each of us may experience love, joy, wisdom and wonder in this life, just as it is.
