About this trip

This is the ULTIMATE in unplugging and getting away from it all.

We are proud to announce our exclusive collaboration with Sango Wildlife Lodge, one of the world's premier luxury eco lodges, for this unique journey to go where few have.

Zimbabwe is a landlocked country in southern Africa known for its dramatic landscape and diverse wildlife, much of it within parks, reserves and safari areas. Zimbabwe is blessed with pristine tracts of wilderness that offer spectacular and diverse scenery home to all of Africa's celebrity animals.

If you're looking for a hit of adrenaline, exercise and fresh air, Zimbabwe has some great choices.

Zimbabwe has some stunning, varied landscapes: from flaming red msasa trees and lush mountains ranges to arid, boulder-strewn landscapes and stunning cliff formations.

For our newest adventure we get wild with wilderness and break down the walls between man and beast.

Eco Aligned Sango is situated in southeastern Zimbabwe, one of six countries at the southern tip of Africa.

Stretching from the Bikita Hills in the west and crossing nine major habitat zones to the Save River in the east, Sango provides guests with 60,000 hectares (600 km2) of untamed Africa.

The Savé Valley Conservancy is the home of the famous Big Five: elephant, lion, rhino, leopard and buffalo.

Built of natural materials, beautiful Sango Lodge lies in the heart of the untouched African bush with stunning views and elephants, bushbuck, lions and other local wildlife passing by., providing us with the perfect space to unplug and tune in.

This journey is really about resetting and being one with nature with each day filled with outdoor exploration, animal conservation, and local culture.

If you are looking to truly get away from it all, we invite you to run wild with us in Zimbabwe.

“My vision on Sango is to restore and maintain the natural biodiversity of the Save Valley Conservancy on a sustainable basis.”

Fierce, compassionate, and beating to the beat of her own drum, Erica Jung is one yoga teacher you want to know. She’s a New Jersey native and splits her time living there and in Hamburg, Germany. Making good use of her dual citizenship, she speaks both English and Mandarin and teaches and hosts yoga retreats all over the world. - Erica first found yoga about 13 years ago while studying psychology and nursing. She stepped into her first yoga class with a desire to become more flexible, only to discover yoga was so much more than that. It was a way to blend her WHOLE-istic philosophy and Eastern and Western Sciences together into a potent combination that brought out the highest version of self. - She's now the creator of Transformational Travel and Science of Spirit which all help people expand their perspectives and connect more fully and genuinely to their true selves, for their best life yet. _ She hopes to connect with you and share this ever exciting journey called life.

A big THANK YOU to Erica and Udo for having provided, once again, a trip filled with wonders. This was my second pilgrimage in India and I came with the piece of mind that all logistics would be provided for and that I just needed to show up. Additionally, Erica’s knowledge of the culture and divine connection allowed for the trip to flow with ease and grace.

This trip can not be described. I should have paid triple what I paid for this experience. This trip was like having my hand held as I was walked through the Epic Ramayana and the footsteps of Lord Rama. It's been six months and it feels like I am still there, and I can't wait to go back. Erica brings together her own knowledge along with the loving guides who are truly subject matter experts. I think the best way to describe this trip is a spiritual transfusion of energy. The people attracted to this trip are instant family and such a source of support on a daily basis. If everyone were to go on this trip with Erica once in their life, there would be no serious conflict. I think the greatest gift of this trip is to see yourself. - James (Washington, D.C.)

It's taken me a year to sit down and write this review because honestly I'm still overwhelmed. To travel with Erica is to travel with the Divine -- There are no worries, no issues, and every moment is an experience wrapped in complete and total love. To travel with those companions called to these trips is to discover family you didn't know you had. For me this trip was so much more than an opportunity to observe mother nature in the raw of the deep African bush. It was an opportunity to connect with life in a way that I seek to emulate daily. Truly a blessing that I hope I have the opportunity to experience again with my children! - James T (Washington, DC)

My deepest gratitude to Erica, Udo, and Sanjay for guiding our group through the off-beaten paths of India. It was a journey like no other where I was able to let go and enjoy the experience to its fullest knowing that all the details where taken care of. The itinerary, hotel and food choices, as well as ways of transportation were put together with much thoughts. Amazingly, there was always room to allow for the magic of the moment to shine through. Yoga was practiced as a whole in body, mind, spirit so as to plant the seed of Transformation. Thank you!!
