Every retreat features a private yoga instructor who offers multiple classes during your stay. All classes are optional, which mean you can choose what you feel is right for you.
Zion National Park and Bryce Canyon National Park contain some of the most spectacular hiking trails in the country. From Observation Point to the Narrows, there is something for you!
We take food very seriously, and we know our guests do too. All meals are included during your stay, as well as snacks for your activities. We also offer gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan options upon request.
You deserve a little "me time." That's why each retreat has built-in leisure time so you can relax in the hot tub, journal, or take a nap. All activities are optional so you can enjoy your retreat at your own pace.
Our retreat homes are located just outside of Zion National Park and a short drive from Bryce Canyon National Park. We take you into the parks and drop you off where you need to go (no parking required). Entry to the parks is also included.
Transportation from Salt Lake City International Airport to the retreat homes is included, as well as all planned activities and meals during your stay. Don't worry about any extra costs or hidden fees. Just sit back and relax.

Each of our Zion retreats calls for a team of experts to ensure your experience is a good one. Joining us on this retreat will be a chef, a yoga instructor, and a retreat facilitator. To see a list of our team members, visit the About Us page on our website. In the weeks prior to your retreat, you will be given the opportunity to meet your specific retreat team on a video call.

The deadline to book a domestic retreat is 10 days before the retreat begins; however, some exceptions can be made based on availability. Email us at contact@walkerwellnessretreats.com to inquire about booking after the deadline has passed.
Double occupancy includes a private bedroom and private bathroom for 2 people.
Helpful hints: If you have two people who would like to share a room, select 2 Double Occupancy packages. If you are traveling alone but want to be paired with another solo traveler, select 1 Double Occupancy package. If you are traveling alone and want your own room, select 1 Single Occupancy package below.

Welcome! Our adventure will begin in Salt Lake City, Utah. We'll pick up each guest at the airport or local area hotel. Then, we'll depart as a group and make the approximately 5-hour scenic drive to the retreat home. We'll pass through the gorgeous scenery of Central Utah before arriving at the house between 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm. First, we will do a welcome orientation as a group. Next, we will go over the retreat and hiking opportunities schedule, followed by dinner and an evening yoga session.
9:00 am - 11:00 am: Airport/Hotel Pickups - Scheduled pickups from Salt Lake City International Airport and hotels. Please plan to arrive in SLC no later than 11:00 AM on the day the retreat departs. We strongly recommend arriving a day prior to the retreat.
12:00 pm: Lunch/Grocery Stop - We will make a short stop to grab lunch and last-minute items for the trip. We will also stop at the Utah State Liquor Store if guests would like to purchase any adult beverages.
1:00 pm: Depart from Salt Lake City
6:00 pm : Welcome Orientation at the retreat home
7:00 pm: Group Dinner
8:00 pm: Evening Yoga
