We booked our Annapurna Base Camp trek, along with sightseeing in Kathmandu and Pokhara, through Alpine Luxury Trek, and the whole trip was smooth from start to finish. We travelled as a family in October, and the planning, logistics and communication were handled very professionally. Our guide, Nabin, was excellent. He knew the trail, the villages and the mountains well, kept a comfortable pace for everyone, and paid close attention to our safety and acclimatisation. Our three porters were hardworking, cheerful and always reliable, which let us enjoy the trek without worrying about our luggage. Teahouse stays, transfers and permits were all arranged in advance, so there were no surprises along the way. The Kathmandu and Pokhara sightseeing was well planned too, a relaxing way to start and finish the trek. Overall, it was a wonderful and memorable experience. We would happily recommend Badri from Alpine Luxury Trek to anyone planning the Annapurna Base Camp trek or a holiday in Nepal, and we would book with them again for EBC Trek next year.
