Exceeded my expectations. Everyone should take moments for themselves and this retreat was that. It was an amazing vacation filled with self care and self love while building and connecting with other strong amazing women! The schedule is perfectly filled with fitness activities between HIIT yoga and meditation all that you can decide to partake or not! The meals are incredible and the resort was stunning! HIGHLY recommend to all!! Jeenie is such a wonderful human being and created such an amazing retreat! Grateful for this experience!
