The trip was was good. The hotels were very nice BUT the attentionof Juan Escobar was deplorable.... When I contracted this trip he was CLEAR ENOUGH to send a messsage that ONLY IN EMERGENCIES he was going to answer phone calls... This was very clear. Dont bother this agent because he will not pay attention to "minor " details. The first day of my trip ,,I was arriving in Buenos Aires in a flight at 6.00 am. To my surprise... NOBODY WAS WAITING FOR ME to take me to the hotel. I called JUAN ESCOBAR (this was an emergency) and he NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE , nor messages sent to him telling the situation. I tried to contact the company that was going to pick me up and the answer was the I had to contact Juan Escobar !!! To be brief, i tell you that until noon I was contacted by the driver of this company L'Excellence and , this company, NOT JUAN ESCOBAR gave a solution to the situation and I had someone picking me up at the airport. My daughter had to contact FOM MEXICO this company and it was a real problem.... but thanks to my daughter I had someone picking me up at the airport. and by this time JUAN ESCOBAR was still sleeping.... to be brief..... this agent is very irresponsible, he doesn´t care in following the client and chekcing his needs... Once he collected the money of the trip he left all responsability to the agencies he contracted to give the service. DEPLORABLE SERVICE. the trip was beautifull.... i had some problems but were solved immediately by the agencies contracted. I have the names of the agencies contracted iin the different places and I have recommend them totally to my friends....but I DO NOT recommend PATAGONIA TRAVELER. Thank you.

El tour estuvo increíble de principio a fin. Las actividades, la organización y, sobre todo, la atención y amabilidad de Ivana con nosotras hicieron que todo fuera perfecto. Siempre estuvo al pendiente de cada detalle y logró que pudiéramos disfrutar el viaje sin preocuparnos por nada. Los tiempos, los guías, la coordinación… todo estuvo amazing. Conocer la Patagonia era un sueño para nosotras y, gracias a Ivana, literalmente se hizo realidad. Sin duda fue un viaje que nunca vamos a olvidar y no podríamos haber elegido una mejor agencia para vivirlo.

La atención personalizada fue muy buena y mi tour quedó espectacular de acuerdo a mis espectativas. La atención en cada tour y la organización con los transfers y los tours muy bien. Me gustó que siempre estaban en contacto un día antes para avisar sobre horarios y actividades del siguiente día. Siempre pendientes de todo. Gracias!
