Hay viajes que haces… y hay viajes que te transforman. La Patagonia fue eso para mí. Entendí que la verdadera magia no está solo en el paisaje, sino en lo natural, en lo auténtico, en aprender a vivir el momento: el frío, el viento, el silencio… sentir cómo la brisa y una tierra de miles de años te reciben, y reconocer que cada paso se da con respeto. Me quedo con una idea que me marcó: la magia de un lugar también es dejarlo lo menos modificado posible por nuestro paso. Pensar en quien viene después. Desde Buenos Aires todo empezó con ese cuidado en los detalles. En Ushuaia, la experiencia se volvió aún más especial: un café en el momento justo, un asado en el bosque, un guiso acompañado de vino donde hasta lo más simple se volvía significativo. Momentos que no parecen extraordinarios… hasta que los vives así. En El Calafate fue igual: el acompañamiento, los detalles, incluso las viandas después de conocer el Perito Moreno, que terminan sabiendo distinto porque alguien pensó en ti. Y esa búsqueda constante por llevarte a los lugares más icónicos, pero también a los más sentidos. No me sentí turista. Sentí que estaba viviendo la Patagonia, con respeto, con admiración y con ese orgullo de quien entiende que lo que está viendo también hay que cuidarlo. Hoy me llevo más que recuerdos. Me llevo una forma distinta de viajar… y de mirar el mundo.

From start to finish, everything felt perfectly organized; there was always someone waiting to pick us up or drop us off exactly when we needed them. It was such a relief to have them constantly looking out for us and making sure every detail was handled, allowing us to just relax and actually enjoy the experience without any of the usual travel stress. Awesome trip!

Realizamos viaje a Bariloche, Calafate, Ushuaia e Iguazú. Muy bien organizado, buenos hoteles, servico de transfer, excursiones, guias, lugares visitados. Excelente comunicación con cada agencia de turismo local. Execlente si quieren realizar un viaje sin complicaciones y estres de programación, la agencia se encargó de todo.

We used Patagonia Traveler for our trip to Patagonia in February 2026, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. My husband and I travel frequently, and I usually plan all our trips myself without using a travel agency. However, after travelling throughout October 2025 and taking another short trip in December, work became too busy for me to properly plan our February adventure. We also wanted a fairly complex itinerary, visiting Patagonia from both the Argentinian and Chilean sides following our expedition to Antarctica. That’s when I came across Patagonia Traveler online and decided to reach out. Ivana replied promptly, asked about our interests, and very quickly put together a detailed itinerary for us. After seeing how organized everything was and reading the excellent reviews online, we decided to proceed with the booking—and we are so glad we did. It’s honestly hard to praise Ivana enough. She planned our entire trip flawlessly, including internal flights, hotels, transfers, and day tours with mountain guides and packed lunches. Everything ran incredibly smoothly and was extremely well organized. Every transfer arrived on time, every activity was clearly coordinated, and we never experienced any delays. During the trip we had a small issue with the Chilean operator, as we wanted to move our Base Trek hike to another day to take advantage of better weather conditions. In the end we contacted the local operator directly and managed to resolve it, so we were still able to complete the hike as planned. Despite this minor situation, Ivana remained very helpful and supportive. What impressed us most was the level of communication and care throughout the entire trip. Ivana checked in with us several times to make sure everything was going smoothly. Each day we also received WhatsApp updates from the local operators with details about the following day’s tour, including pickup times and information about our packed lunches. Overall, the entire experience felt seamless, professional, and stress-free—exactly what you hope for when travelling in such a remote and spectacular part of the world. I genuinely have nothing negative to say about Ivana or Patagonia Traveler and would highly recommend them to anyone planning a trip to Patagonia.

Me la pasé muy bien desde que nos recibieron en el aeropuerto de Buenos Aires los Choferes ( de Buenos Aires, Ushuaia, Calafate) fueron puntuales, muy atentos y nos daban recomendaciones para que disfrutáramos nuestra estancia. Los Hoteles ( de Buenos Aires,, Ushualia y Calafate.) Excelentes, cómodos, seguros y el desayuno muy bien y el personal muy amable y atentos. Los / Las Guías muy preparados y muy interesante al explicarnos las reseñas de los lugares, en Especial la Guía que nos llevó al Glaciar Perito Moreno. Y a un que no traté Yo directamente con el contacto de la Agencia, me di cuenta que atendieron Todas las solicitudes que hacía Fidelia y coordinaron muy bien nuestro Viaje.
