This trip was outstanding. AB Expeditions went above & beyond to provide an exceptional experience. The views (and elevation) are breathtaking. Our guide Ayben was knowledgeable, encouraging, and a pleasure to be around. Our chefs Nick & Christian prepared an abundance of delicious foods. Our horsemen Tomas and son, worked hard setting up camp, drying sleeping bags, catching fish, negotiating with locals, even helping in the kitchen. Every detail about this trip was well-thought out, making each day of the journey a joy. I can’t wait to go back.

This trip was absolutely amazing!!!! I great fully thank AB Expeditions and their staff for everything the arranged for us. The Inca Trail / Macchu Picchu was brilliant, but the staff made it spectacular. The food on the trip blew me away; we ate 5 star meals cooked on a simple fire.... WOW!!!! AB Expeditions also arranged a tour of the Sacred Valley to Machu Piccu for my 77 year old mother and coordinated so my friend and I would meet her at the conclusion of our 4 day hike, so we could experience Machu Picchu together. This trip exceeded all expectations. Every aspect of the trek was well thought out and planned. The food was delicious and plentiful. The Horsemen were kind and hard-working. The cabins, tents, mattresses, and sleeping bags all made for comfortable nights on the mountain. While hiking at elevation was a challenge, our guide Ayben went above and beyond to be kind and patient. The views were outstanding for the entire trek.
