Super challenge with great local guide crew. From booking (simple deposit, quick reply to all questions), to trip prep (day before start, in Cusco, explained everything), to the hike itself, the experience was more than worth the cost and time. A/B delivered on all ends. Or main guide, Rosbelito, was professional, patient and very knowledgeable about Inca cultures and history. The porters busted their asses in so many ways, making our trip practically glamping. Tents were always set up when we arrived at camp each day, hot drinks always waiting, food always amazing and more than we could eat. Thanks to the entire crew for making this classic hike memorable.

Wonderful trip, great guide. Strongly suggest you give the lunch Porter 10 soles per day, and on the two day, give minimum 5% of your trip cost which would be about $25 on a $500 two-day trip. This tour company has the lowest competitive price on this 2-day trip, so fair to say the tour guide gets paid less. Try to make up for that and pay 5% or 10% of your cost as a tip. It's worth it. If the tour guide sees the lunch Porter does not get a good tip, or that the people are cheap, that will impact I believe, on how well he performs in his own motivation on day two and also at Machu Picchu site. $25 tip per person is about one half the cost of the 40 or $50 ticket to get into the Machu picchu. Totally worth it to tip well

I had wonderful trip. During the trip enjoyed Breakfast, lunch and dinner very much. Different verity of dishes each day. Very friendly porters and guide "Rosbelito" has exceptional knowledge of any topic and eager to explain Inkas trail/history every step on the way. Very patient and happy go personality.
