I would give them 10 stars if I could! This company is simply amazing! They went above and beyond to make our trip a dream come true. Their guides were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, solving every problem we encountered. I even forgot my travel pillow in the hotel, and they were able to recover it and deliver it to me. There was a last-minute cancellation of our Muchu Pichu tickets that I had bought from GetYourGuide before contacting Sparrow Explorer. I should have never dealt with GetYourGuide again; they almost ruined our trip. Sparrow Explorer saved the day by helping us get tickets and visit Machu Picchu during our stay in Peru. Able James was incredibly helpful and created the trip with all our suggestions in mind, making us feel so at ease with them. I highly recommend this company to anyone who wants to visit Peru; they are truly the best there is. They delivered amazing service!
