The location on a permaculture farm in rural Tuscany was stunning, and allowed me to immediately switch off and slow down :)
Likewise, the hosts of Taste the Shift - Anja, Jamie and Minou - created a space where we all felt comfortable to open up to each other, to challenge traditional narratives together and to reconnect with ourselves, with each other and with the life-filled natural environment around us. The program was a great balance between theory, play, interaction, meditation, joint cooking and reflection - we had a lot of fun together, and we learnt and grew with each other too. The rich food was fitting to the context and has inspired me to being more creative in my kitchen. Thank you for holding this space for us, for sharing your ideas with us, and for guiding the week - allowing us to taste various aspects of the systemic shift that I feel even more inspired to contribute toward.
Taste the Shift was a magical and grounding experience- I would highly recommend this to anyone with an urge to explore what a world that truly cares about the living system could look like! I wasn't sure what to expect but it definitely exceeded my expectations. It was a well crafted program that thoughtfully led us through unlearning, challenging our understanding of the world. I appreciated that it was a safe space to explore with others and that everyone was so open to each other's ideas. I walked out of the program with new perspectives and new ideas on how I can do better and the life I want to lead. I'm very grateful for this experience and many many thanks to the facilitators, the wonderful space and other participants!
The Tertulia farm in Vicchio is an Amazing place. Taste the Shift (April 2025), was a truly immersive gathering with wonderful people. A rich program mixing theory, discusion, application and reflection on regenerative business stewardship. Combined with early morning meet ups, yoga, theraplay, a Sa Re Ga session, the Deep Time Walk, foraging & cooking (!, best raviolo ever!), permaculture theory & practice, multinational guerrilla manufacturing & marketing, storytelling and much much more
