The trip was good. The pilots were amazing, professional and great at their job. Unfortunately whoever takes care of the helicopter schedule was a real loser. They made us wait over three hours at the Everest view restaurant. Only after I got in touch did someone get a pilot to get us. Then, we had to wait another 2hrs at Lukla airport. Then another 40 minutes after landing at the Kathmandu airport to be taken to the airport. My husband needed medication. I will direct my clients never to use your company. I paid a lot of money to be very disappointed. Like you will do anything.
