The world is full of amazing, talented, and inspiring people who show up curious about their potential and this training with Christopher, Kate, Kyle, and Alex at the helm was truly THE BEST! The instructors, the students, the chefs, the hosts at Cocoon and even the goats were all fab! I know how much planning, care and guts it takes to bring something like this to life, especially over the course of two full weeks - 100 hours is a lot! The daily immersion in the material was profound yet super fun and I received so much - I mean who wouldn’t want Kate dancing to Celine Dion while instructing. The food from the garden and beyond was beautifully prepared, deeply nourishing and a chance to slow down, gather, and truly connect with the other magical humans in the group - shout out to the Tarot reader! The accommodations were dreamy, each morning the sun peeked through the distant mist, birds sang busily, and dew glistened everywhere creating that playful sun glitter effect. There was a rhythm to the days that felt both grounding and expansive at the same time. Early in the training, I experienced a very deep personal event back home. That day and each day, I found myself asking, "What garden will I tend to?" My own garden here in Portugal, on this solo journey with these newly formed connections? OR … The garden of my family and everything waiting for me back in LA? And each day I woke up, same question, day in and day out, I chose to tend to my garden in Portugal. That choice would not have been possible without the safe, inclusive, fun and loving space TENON created. The stars above Cocoon are forever etched in my memory from one especially meaningful night! Loved it. Learned it. Cried it. Laughed it. 💖 Forever grateful for TENON! x

Yoga 10 Hr teacher training, at Cocoon with Alex Sharry and Tenon Movement was a very good decision to set off to Portugal for 12 days to learn with 4 teachers , gaining confidence in communication and friendships with teachers. The setting, and time at practice , lectures, rest, and adventure was all in good balance, and I walked away with self confidence to move towards teaching, small groups. I would attend further trainings, and enjoy online studio work with Alex and team, daily. The team was always available, and everyone seemed to have a great time!Thank you!
