How can I find words for this life-changing experience... thank you thank you thank you Ally for creating and holding such a sacred space for us. I am still deeply touched by meeting you and the incredible women who have become my friends, my allies, my sisters. Women I look up to, who I held and felt held by, and watched in awe as they journeyed through healing, discovering authentic joy. Thank you for hosting truly life-changing breath work ceremonies, for creating yoga sessions that spoke to the heart and soul. For making us laugh, scream and cry out loud. For seeing us all individually, while guiding us into a circle of shared healing and empowerment. I am in awe of you – your presence, your wisdom, and the love you so bravely give. I love you. I see you. You touched my life in indescribable ways, and I know deep down that we will meet again. From the bottom of my heart, thank you.

JUST BOOK IT, you will not regret it!!! Absolutely the best gift I could have given to myself!! From the moment I booked this trip (& I was hesitant about leaving home for 7 days) Ally was warm and accommodating. I'd never been to a yoga retreat and had no prior knowledge of Ally. Although I was completely open, I didn't know what to expect. A good friend spoke highly of her prior experiences with Ally and her retreats, I trusted her and decided to try it out. What I found here, is that this is soo much more than a yoga retreat. From the time I landed in Panama, I felt safe and well taken care of. When greeted at Sansara Resort, we were met with friendly faces and genuine spirits. It was a private experience with only our group of 26 women on the resort. The staff, the rooms, the food, everything was beyond amazing. No need or want went unmet. I got sick one day of the trip and both the resort staff and Ally was supportive and caring. Ally checked in on me and helped me get the medicine I needed. I had only done yoga a few times and had no strong interest in it. But each morning of the retreat I showed up to my mat and surrendered to the experience. I was able to connect so deeply with myself in this class and be present in my body in a way that I realized I hadn't been before. Ally's passion for this work was evident from her teaching. She teaches from a place of patience and rawness at the same time. It's the way she chooses the perfect music as a backdrop for your healing, the way her words moved through me reminding me to take up space and be graceful with myself and my body, the way she helped me to reshape my inner voice through the affirmations she crafted. I came to enjoy the process of yoga and have continued my yoga practice in my home city. Ally led our breathwork classes with such strength and freedom, giving us all permission to give ourselves permission to let go and not be afraid to feel whatever was coming up. I've never felt so supported and held in my healing journey as what I've felt here in these classes she led. The breathwork was transformative in a major way. So much so, that all of us women from the retreat requested an additional group breathwork session with Ally. I journaled more than I had in months, I swam in the ocean under the stars, I learned how to surf and had so much fun trying, I spent so much quality time with myself, and in nature, I rode bikes to the most beautiful waterfall recovering my child like sense of wander and playfulness, I cried..so much, I felt like I was able to disconnect from the world around me, from social media, etc. and I received so many insights and connected with quite a few women. This was truly an empowering experience, being on this journey with a group of women of various ages and backgrounds, healing individually and collectively, it was truly magical! Ally, girl, you are amazing, your gifts, your light, I appreciate you so much! Thank you for holding space for me to continue healing and processing. Thank you for the passion you have dedicated to helping so many women and young girls. Thank you for showing up so genuine and so warm. Thank you for helping me to remember and giving me tools to use when my own light dims a little bit. I can't wait to join you on another retreat! You will always have my love and support.
