Dani is a mindful movement instructor and community leader on a mission to reshape the way we cultivate personal and collective wellbeing. After years of pushing her body to its physical limit, a severe spinal injury forced Dani to slow down and explore a deeper journey of healing. Through somatic movement, mindfulness + breath, Dani not only healed physically, but experienced a sense of inner vitality that she’d never known before. Passionate about sharing this feeling, Dani developed her signature mindful fitness practice, Come Alive.
