ARRIVAL DAY. Accommodation and dinner. 

Day 1

Following a refreshing night's rest, we will commence our day bright and early / early and full of vitality.&nbsp;
Our morning will commence with a Body Awareness activity designed to foster connection and guidance to better know the complexity of our own being and find ways to manage this complexity more effectively. Following that, a healthy and nutritious breakfast awaits us.
At 10:00 AM, we will proceed towards Auroville's Visitor Center, where you will be expertly led through exhibitions, boutiques showcasing Auroville products and handicrafts, a bookshop, as well as cafes and a food court.
Around noon, we will depart towards one of the local farms surrounded by scenic beauty and lush greenery. Here, you'll have the opportunity to witness and comprehend the beauty and significance of permaculture—an essential skill. The culmination of this experience will be a delightful meal sourced directly from the very soil you've been walking on.&nbsp;
By 2 PM, a Sound Bath journey awaits. This unique experience involves complete immersion in a symphony of sounds and melodies performed using a variety of instruments crafted within Auroville itself.
Following a fulfilling day of embracing new experiences, a gentle yoga session will be the perfect way to re- connect with our own selves, followed by a light and early dinner to bring the day to an end.

Day 2

On our second day together, we will begin with another session of Body Awareness. This will be followed by breakfast, after which we will have the chance to have a member of the Auroville community come and have a talk on “ The human Journey “.&nbsp;
At midday , you will have free time to explore around for lunch.&nbsp;
By 2 PM, we will regather and make our way towards the Russian bells, another beautiful musical experience on the outskirts of Auroville.
On our way back to our lodge, making a quick stop at one of the well known coffee shops of Auroville, to taste some local goods.
Once back, we will conclude our day with a calming and de - compressing yoga flow, followed by dinner.

The human Journey 

Day 3

On our third and last day together, we will conclude with a pre designed Body awareness practice for you to take some tools back with you. Followed by our usual breakfast .
The morning will hold us with another nourishing talk about “Integral Yoga and the dreamed Auroville”
After a light lunch, with your swimsuit and in the pool of our lodge, you will be introduced to a beautiful and unique technique called WATSU.Watsu is a form of aquatic bodywork that combines water-based relaxation and massage techniques to promote physical and restorative well-being.
Rest of the afternoon will be free for yourselves, a perfect opportunity to spend this time resting and recapturing the learning.&nbsp; Overall, this will be your own time to unwind and simply BE, and to get ready for the end of our stay together.&nbsp; In the early evening, we’ll gather for a concluding yoga and meditation session, thoughtfully crafted to impart a sense of rejuvenation, expansion, and self-assurance in both your mind and body, leaving you with a sense of confidence and curiosity to keep practicing at home.
Wrapping up our evening, we’ll enjoy our usual dinner followed by a short sharing circle. This is an opportunity for us to express gratitude and our thoughts, honoring the shared moments we’ve had collectively and individually .

Those arriving a day in advance with the intention of visiting the Matrimandir will have a special guided tour through the heart of Pondicherry, to learn and touch base with the philosophy from which Auroville was inspired by. While there, we will visit the Sri Aurobindo ashram, the Ganesha temple, and some beautiful French architecture which add content to reflect back on the synthesis of Western and Eastern influences that together indistinctly permeated the life of the ashram and auroville.&nbsp;&nbsp;
