Everything was organized very well. The communications with our travel agent was excellent. No glitches or mistakes for our entire trip. Hotel and lodge were just what we expected. Our city guide was knowledgeable and enjoyable to be with. And our birding guide was excellent. We saw many birds, and especially the more rare ones that he was able to find for us. And the scenery in the cloud forest was fantastic. Loved the small birding lodge on the river too. The people were great and the food was authentic. Just a great trip!

From start to finish Responsible travel was amazing. Alvaro and Jeferson planned a perfect trip to the Galápagos Islands for me and my family. The communication was fantastic during the planning of the trip. Once the trip started, our hand was held on each step/transfer. It made the whole vacation so easy. On top of it, Jeferson checked in on us via WhatsApp almost everyday. The customer service was top notch. If you want to plan a fantastic trip to Ecuador or the Galapagos, definitely ask for Alvaro and Jeferson. Trip of a lifetime! Thank you again!

This trip was amazing, I had the most incredible time. A big thanks to the guides , particularly Pedro, who was so friendly, knowledgeable and informative. The other staff were also so lovely and helpful. The food was delicious and very filling, the lodgings comfortable and clean. Literally not a single bad experience. It is the first time that we booked with Responsible travel who subcontracted it to We travel. WE were given an itinerary in March 2025 originally,which we personilsed to our needs and Belen was helpful and accommodating ,however we had to send several messages to Belen nearer the time of our departure on October 22nd as we did not hear from her within 10 days of our departure,despite being told initially that she would contact us in time. Overall our trip was good- but the quality of guides provided was variable and disappointing. Our guide in Lima was okay, in Arrequipa Geraldine was vey pleasant and helpful. Hugo in lake Titicaca was the best guide.In Cusco we had Juan Carlos,who failed to arrive with any water for our trip and when we asked him for water he made a phone call to the agency to ask if he should provide it- then only bought 1 bottle each for us for the WHOLE day. He wanted to start the day by taking us to alpaca shop- which we had to refuse as we had already done that.We were also disappointed with his way of explaining,he never answered our questions ,instead would launch into something completely unrelated to the question- which was very frustrating and unhelpful.He was sleeping a lot in the car instead of talking about the area and or villages we were travelling through or passing by. Very disappointing indeed We had Isa on the Inca trail ,she was pleasant and made good attempts at explanations about various sites etc. At Macchu Pichhu we found her explanations disjointed and muddled and we had to read up about it same with the city tour. We also did not enjoy thr long 6-7 hour car rides from Arequippa to Colca valley and from there to Lake Titicaca- perhaps instead a flight might have been offered instead. Overall ,we were disappointed with the quality of the guides supplied to us, some aspects about the way the itinerary was arranged with very early starts in some places which were not necessay and flight times.

It was the most treatable experience which we had , this was shared transportation which gave us too much headache and squeezed with each others and driver did not attend when we were in special spot and the second driver told us to take you back to hotel if not acceptable to share with 2 more people this is private transport Rate 1
