Here, Amie teams up with chef Linda Sarris, the private NYC-based chef who splits her time between meal planning for her mover and shaker NYC clients and olive harvesting and traveling Sicily to write her upcoming book, Snack Sicily, along with Melissa Di Giovanna, from the boutique organic Sicilian wine estate, Di Giovanna, to curate the Sicilian culinary road trip dreams are made of.
