Overall is was a great trip. The itinerary is where we had issues. First, the Casa Del Suizo should be removed from your list of places to stay. It was WAY overpriced, Staff was NOT friendly, Buffet Breakfast, lunch and dinner was far below the quality and variety for a resort of this nature. You should have the option to order off a menu. Water was NOT free! If you wanted water, you needed to Buy it per bottle.... yes even at the buffet. Laundry service was 3 times higher than any other resort we stayed at and at the end, we were charged $81 for laundry! Fortunately I took photos of my laundry list and prices so I could prove they had doubled my charge. They finally agreed and reduced it to $41 which was still 3 times what we paid everywhere else. The location was beautiful, but we were not impressed by anything else. We would never return or recommend this resort. The Samurai in Banos was our favorite! Wonderful Staff Excellent food and the Spa treatments were first class. The Galapagos itinerary was also a bit choppy. If a 4 day trip, Stay in Santa Cruz 2 nights, then Isabela 2 nights. They set it up as 1 night Santa Cruz, then 2 nights Isabela, then 1 night back in Santa Cruz. Too much moving around and a lot of wasted time when we could have been exploring. Santa Cruz touristy while "Casa Marita" on Isabela was wonderful! Isabela was our fav.
