Fly into Phoenix and board your shuttle to Sedona (approx. 2 hour trip). This day will be one of leisure to just recoup &amp; relax after your flight and drive to hotel.&nbsp;Travelers will be arrival at all different times. Reservations will be made for a welcome dinner so we can all get together and you can formally be welcome to Sedona and we can all meet and get to one another better.But until that time you can relax on the beautiful hotel terrace overlooking the gorgeous red rock landscape or if you are ready to go out and about, we can explore the downtown &amp; shopping areas which are just a short walk from our hotel. Or take a short hike through some of the resort trails. &nbsp; In Sedona there are said to be five major vortex sites: 1. Cathedral Rock, 2. Bell Rock, 3. Boynton Canyon and 4. Airport Mesa, 5. The Chapel of the Holy Cross (Chapel in&nbsp;the Rock)&nbsp; During our tour we will try to experience all of these energy vortexes.***Please note: The itinerary is flexible. Arrival Day

Day 1 - Oct 29th

We will begin our day with a Morning Meditation before breakfast. After breakfast we will explore the outdoors and the surrounding landscapes. We&nbsp;will have a morning hike through one of the vortex trails such as Bell Rock, Boyton, etc.....Afterwards, we will head to lunch.After lunch we may decide to visit the Peace Park Stupa where we will explore the area and have plenty of time to circumambulate the stupa (sacred structure) or spin a prayer wheel, both of which are traditional eastern spiritual practices. We can also follow in the footsteps of many native traditions by walking a medicine wheel, or simply spend some time in quiet meditation.&nbsp; Or if guests wish today can also be a day to explore some of Sedona's wonderful shops and galleries.&nbsp;

Day 2 - Oct 30th

Morning Meditation After breakfast today we will again nourish and refresh ourselves in the beauty of nature as we have the opportunity to check out some of the trails during our morning hikes of Bell Rock, Cathedral rock, Boyton, etc...We will then have worked up an appetite for lunch. Afterwards, we can decide if we wish to do another short hike in the afternoon. Otherwise, the late afternoon and evening can also be a day to check out the Gem shops and get stores of uptown and Talaquepacque and pick up some souvenirs for family, friends, or even yourself.&nbsp;Also, Sedona is a wonderful place to be at this time of year. It is very festive and the Talaquepacque area is decorated for the Day of the Dead Celebration. They will often have many festivities, shows, music, and dancing that is very fun to see or experience.

Day 3 - Oct 31st

Morning Meditation After breakfast today we will again nourish and refresh ourselves in the beauty of nature as we have set out for our morning hike of Cathedral Rock, Airport Loop, Bell or Boyton.After lunch we will head over to our evening Jeep tour for a fun and exciting ride through the Sedona landscape as well as a visit to Native American petroglyphs and sites. Reservations will be made for our final Good-Bye Group Dinner.
