What a phenomenal trip! This was my first retreat and I didn't quite know what to expect! Alicia does a great job at tailoring the trip to fit each group's vibes, desires and personalities. Our trip was filled with lots of adventure, self-reflection, exploration and good food. We hit the beach everyday, never missed a beautiful sunset, went on a waterfall hike, did beach yoga, mediation and acupuncture just to name a few things! Alicia encouraged us to talk to the locals as we have so much to learn from their beautiful souls and challenged us to figure out how to take the 'pura vida' life home with us - so that it can be a piece of our reality and not a small blip in time. Hands down would recommend to anyone needing to take time to pause, reflect and let their inner child out! Can't wait for our next adventure with her!

The trip was amazing! We snorkeled, surfed, played with hermit crabs on the beach, had yoga, meditation, acupuncture evenings, and experienced a beautiful waterfall. It was the break from work and home life I needed to realize that life is meant to be lived, so connect with people, love yourself, and explore. The food was great, the house was super cute, and the people you meet in Santa Teresa are beautiful and welcoming people that are the most happy people I have ever met.

This retreat helped me press the reset button I didn’t know needed to be pressed. The location was absolutely perfect. Dr. Johnson curated a great group of like minded people who were able to trust each other quickly and connect to the environment. Dr. Johnson kept a daily schedule including sound baths, wonderful meals, massages, meditation, stretching and most importantly resetting. If you think you might need to reset this is for you.
