I loved the history and the tours of Ecuador. I was hoping for more physical exploration and will search out a more active group next time. Tammy

The Quito, Ativalo and Mindo experiences were all excellent and the following were top notch: tour guide Viviana, hotels/lodges, food, tours/experiences. The Galapagos were similar with one exception: Ayre hotel was not similar category as those in the city. Free day was good idea but we also had free afternoon day prior. All and all your country is spectacular, your people are honored to welcome tourists, your people are very proud, and your approach was heartfelt by us. Thank you for an amazing time. Maria Blet

I thoroughly enjoyed the tour. Saw many great sights and met wonderful people. I was truly a dream come true for me. I was very impressed by tour guide Viviana. Very knowlegable and she was able to keep track of all of us and keep us on schedule. We were a diverse group with differing capabilities yet she kept us all engaged and really cared about our having a good experience. Accommodations were selected with care and exceeded my expectations. The cloud forest was exquisite. I could have stayed there for the week! Santa Cruz island and the entire Galapagos were breathtakingly beautiful. We only saw a tiny fraction of what was there and yet it was a fully enjoyable experience. The guide for the day on North Seymore Island, Luis from Galapagos Shark, Was very knowledgeable and kept our group together over some rough terrain. Salome will develop into a good guide with time & experience and as she learns everyone comes to the Galapagos with different expectations. Perhaps my one disappointment was the free day on Santa Cruz Island, which was on a Sunday when most museums and many venues were closed. What to do? Go to lunch at a fun restaurant! All in all, a very rewarding experience. One last comment about Ecuador and the Galapagos in general. I was very impressed with how clean the country and all the facilities were. Ecuadoreans really care about their environment and that shows in how well they take care of their own land. The population is quite diverse and I was struck with how the different ethnic groups honor their unique heritage while supporting a unified society and mission. The diving was amazing in Galápagos Islands. So glad I did it on my free day Tammy
