I really enjoyed the uniqueness of this retreat, the title was fitting and all the prompts/reflections were extra special. So much spirit and energy running through the retreat center. I especially liked the sunrise yoga and the tea chats at night. The excursion to Chefalu was really special. Autumn was organized and genuine with all her guests. I learned so much from her and met so many wonderful people. Thank you so much!!

This truly was an incredible experience. The 17th century farmhouse was a perfect setting for this retreat. The food was absolutely delicious and the cottages/rooms were very comfortable. All staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Truly loved this trip

The most amazing venue with wonderful accommodations and views. The staff was excellent. The food always had fresh and unique vegetarian choices. Plenty of water tea, coffee. Outstanding yoga practice and I made loving connections.

This was a wonderful retreat. Autumn is so intentional with space and activities and the villa and family there taking care of us was amazing. I was able to hang with the group and get my own personal time alone to rest and process. We had multiple opportunities for yoga and there is space at the villa to walk and swim and/or relax. It was the perfect Sicilian getaway!
