Lila believes that when we feel good in our bodies we are inspired to do good in the world. Her goal is to help people move better, breathe better and feel better to to live a life they love. She infuses yoga asana and meditation throughout her pilates classes, is a NASM certified personal trainer, ITT Master Pilates Trainer,, SmartFLOW 200hr YTT and Z-Health Trainer (R @ I ) Certified.

Aviva is fascinated with the body’s ability to transform and she is inspired to help others experience this evolution within themselves. Certified as a Forrest Yoga teacher E-RYT200 and Level II TRE® (tension, stress and trauma releasing exercises) Provider, she invites deeper connection to the body and Spirit through Yoga, Pilates, TRE® and Craniosacral work.
