I came to Turkey expecting to visit a few ancient sites and learn more about the true history of humanity. What I received was so much more. My entire worldview shifted.
I’ve been fascinated by ancient civilizations and sacred texts my entire life. It started with Genesis 6 in the Old Testament and deepened while studying Machu Picchu in college. Even back then the “missing link” in my anthropology classes made me question the story we’ve been told. It never quite added up. This journey finally connected the dots I have longed for.
Hearing Paul Wallis speak with such grounded wisdom and open-minded curiosity was a breath of fresh air. He brings a rare balance of scholarship and spirituality that invites exploration rather than dogma. Matt LaCroix, with his depth of historical knowledge and passion for evidence-based discovery, beautifully complemented Paul’s perspective. Together, they painted a vivid, compelling picture of our forgotten past.
I left convinced that the Noah’s Ark site is a remnant of humanity’s distant past, and that the global flood stories are not myths, but echoes of an event that affected ancient cultures around the world.
Beyond the lectures and discoveries, what truly made this trip unforgettable was the people. Traveling with thirty like-minded, curious individuals from around the globe created a sense of community and wonder that’s hard to describe. The friendships formed on this journey, I suspect, will last a lifetime.
By the end of day one, I already knew the trip was worth every cent. By the end of Day 10, I realized it had forever changed me.
