Martha’s Vineyard was my third OOS trip with B/Spoke and a truly stellar way to end the summer! Our B/Spoke hosts did a wonderful job adapting - to both the weather and other unforeseen circumstances - allowing us to make the absolute most of every day. I enjoyed the familiar B/Spoke classes, especially the impromptu yoga and sound bath session - what a treat! The extracurricular kayak, cycling, and lighthouse excursions added just the right amount of fun and variety, while providing a more comprehensive, authentic Martha’s Vineyard experience. The combination of thoughtfully planned activities, fun group dynamics, ideally located accommodations, incredible food (thank you, Chef Max and 19 Raw — 5 stars!), and, most importantly, quality time with my sister, made this OOS particularly special!

We had a great time at the Charm! The staff was outstanding, the amenities were great, and overall it was a really relaxing trip! Just what I needed.

This trip was absolutely magical. Everything was planned perfectly, our accommodations were great, we relaxed, laughed, adventured. Sarah- you are such a light! I left feeling restored, confident, grounded, and with some new friendships😊

Joshua Tree was my second B/Spoke retreat, and it did not disappoint. The location, weather, activities, fantastic food, and fun company all came together to create a truly memorable experience. Our retreat leader, Sarah, was deeply attuned to the group. She skillfully balanced flexibility while keeping everything running smoothly and on schedule, creating an itinerary that provided a perfect balance between activity and downtime. Practicing yoga poolside and unwinding to a sunset sound bath, surrounded by the serene desert landscape, was especially awe-inspiring. Aside from yoga, we had ample opportunity to experience Joshua Tree’s unique terrain, visit nearby attractions, stargaze and simply relax. The visit to the Integratron was especially unforgettable. The small group size made it easy to connect, so that by the end, it felt less like a retreat and more like a shared experience among friends. Five stars all the way around!
