This was an amazing and magical trip especially our stay in the Faroe Islands where we were welcomed with such warm hospitality! For those of us who live and breathe fiber this was the trip of a lifetime. Every opportunity was provided to learn about wool and yarn from start to finish. In depth exploration of the history of the countries, the sheep and the wool as well as many of their customs and traditions. Hands on events at family farms, local mills and shops. We were also immersed in opportunities to enjoy wonderful local food. It was so much more than I ever expected. While I traveled with two other friends I met many nice people on this trip. The accommodations were also fabulous. And as the sister of the lone celiac on the trip was so grateful that her food needs were seamlessly accommodated. Home now with a full heart..

This was my first ever group trip and it totally exceeded expectations! Everything was meticulously planned for a peak experience. Although many of the participants had been traveling together for many years, they were very inclusive to the new participants. Activities, meals and hotels were all first rate.
