Absolutely outstanding! We had some sketchy ideas about where we wanted to visit - Victoria at Beyond BA took those ideas, and after further back-and-forth with us over some weeks, delivered a perfect, totally customized itinerary. Before we left and then in-country, any changes we requested, or questions we wanted answered, were accommodated completely and quickly (either by Victoria, or her colleague, Santiago. All logistics, air, ground transport, and accommodations were perfect and went off without a hitch. Another standout was the quality of the guides, Lucrecia in BA, Lucas in Iguazu, Ismael in El Calafate, Vito in Torres del Paine, and Andy in Mendoza, all were very friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive to our needs. In summary, if you are thinking of visiting Argentina, Chile, Patagonia, and you want a complete, customized itinerary with all in-country logistics taken care of, I can't imagine there's any other service that could beat that which we received from Beyond BA. We travel a lot, and this was probably the most well organized trip we have ever taken (in addition, it was probably the most wonderful trip we have ever taken!).
