This was my second retreat with B&B and like the first, Dominican Treehouse, it did not disappoint!
My stay at Topia Retreat Center in Baja California Sur was nothing short of incredible. From the moment I arrived, I felt completely at peaceālike the world slowed down in the best way possible. The setting is absolutely breathtaking, with stunning ocean views, natural beauty everywhere you look, and the kind of quiet that truly lets you reset.
The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed to blend with the environment. Every detail felt intentional without being overdone. The food was fresh, nourishing, and honestly some of the best Iāve had while travelingāperfect for a wellness-focused getaway.
What really made the experience unforgettable was the atmosphere. The staff was warm, welcoming, and genuinely cared about creating a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. Whether it was yoga sessions, time by the water, or simply unplugging and enjoying the surroundings, everything felt balanced and restorative.
If youāre looking for a place to recharge, reconnect, and experience a peaceful escape, Topia is truly special. I left feeling refreshed, inspired, and already dreaming about going back. šæš

This place was UNBELIEVABLY beautiful. Perfect view of the ocean and yet close enough for daily walks on the beach. The staff was amazing and the food so fresh and delicious! Highly recommend for a relaxing trip away!

Another top notch trip! I love being able to see the true culture of the people and country. B&B's itinerary is just full enough to experience all that the area has to offer yet allows plenty of free time. The accommodations and service were above my expectations.

Amazing trip! The accommodations at Peacock Pavilion was incredible. And the staff was very attentive and food delicious! The excursions were immersed in culture and is everything you could want to experience. 10 outta 10 trip!

I went along on the B&B Dominican Treehouse retreat and I am SO happy I went. The place was truly magical, and it was amazing being able to disconnect from every day life, to reconnect with nature. This trip was very well organized and loaded with adventures that you had the opportunity to participate in or you could sit back and do your own thing which is so great to have the option. Any questions I had were quickly answered and everyone involved was so helpful. The planning of the trip was seamless. I experienced so many amazing things while on this trip, that I will never forget. I had one of the best times of my life being able to meet new people and make connections. Everyone on this trip was so warm and welcoming and helpful. I donāt think I will ever meet a better group of people than the ones I met on this trip! Highly recommend going on a retreat with B&B! Plus, they give you great swag bags!

The Dominican Treehouse was my first B&B retreat, and will not be my last! This place was magical! Itās clear that Trenna has a true passion for traveling to special places and put so much thought into making the retreat special for everyone. I am still processing all that this experience has given me and will cherish it forever. Anyone who has the means and desire to do a retreat but nervous to go alone, DO IT! There were a few of us who traveled alone and didnāt know anyone before the trip and Iām sure they feel the same after this retreat with Trenna and her B&B teachers. Thank you for sharing your passion to make this happen!

Itās hard to even find words for how incredible my trip to the Dominican Republic, with Breath and Bend Retreats was. They made it effortless on my end and everything was very organized. It was the perfect mixture of health, healing and relaxation along with FUN and adventure. The itinerary was perfectly planned but you didnāt feel obligated to do any of it if you didnāt want to. The swag bag was the cherry on top and very nice! The vibe from every single person was incredible and everyone was so kind. I went in knowing NO ONE and left feeling like I connected with everyone. I hope I can go on every retreat with them in the future.
