Buena Vida means "the good life". We created this retreat in 2016, as a way to inspire women to live a life full of passion, wellness, adventure, and relaxation. Immerse yourself in a yoga, adventure, and wellness retreat on our home: the North Shore of the island of Oahu. Not only will we practice yoga 1-2 times/day at our stunning beachfront location, but we will take you to all of our favorite hidden gems on the island: secret beaches, hikes, and acai bowl stops galore.
