Apparently the tour needs at least 3 people to do the tour. I had to reach out to them to get this information because I hadn't received information yet about the meeting location. They said that since I was the only one who signed up for my date I could either pay for the 2 additional spots or get a refund. I told them I would be fine paying for the additional spots but they didn't instruct me on how to make the payment. They still hadn't gotten back to me the day of the tour so I had to reach out again. They then said that they had to find a guide to be available for my tour time. At that point it wasn't worth it and decided that paying for 3 people wasn't fair.

Our guide David, the guides, and the office staff (Bianchi, etc.) were excellent. Great organizational skills and very nice people. Highly recommended. Very knowledgeable, we were able to see the volcano erupt even during the rainy season of October. Couldn’t have had a better experience!

It was great and well organized. If the sight is good, absolute highlight for a lifetime. Otherwise it‘s still worth it. A lot included for the price. Adan, the guide was great, the group was always together and save :). Plus one star he‘s always smiling and keeps the mood up!
