YOGA-WATER Immersion 

You will wear comfortable outfit that can get wet and stretch for practice on the water.&nbsp;
It is best to take a change of clothes to be dry after the morning practice which will make it more comfortable for the afternoon acro-yoga experience.&nbsp;
You can bring a hat and/or sunglasses with a cord-attach so they won't fall in the water.&nbsp;
It is best to wear organic sunscreen to protect yourself from the sun while considering your health and the one of your environment.&nbsp;
You will bring a towel and a yoga mat for the practice. Be aware that the teachings will be outdoor on the grass, in fine attunement with nature.&nbsp;

- the syllabus and curriculum to train Yoga-Water teacher trainings. A training accredited by Yoga Alliance, YACEP.&nbsp;
- the key elements to teach teachers with conscious communication&nbsp;
- the logistics on how to organize and promote a successful Y-W specific training
- more in depth understanding of yoga-water practice, alignment, integration.&nbsp;

Yoga-Water differentiates itself from SUP-Yoga as it includes water ceremony and specific standards, ethics, values of integration between the students, the environment, yogic teachings, philosophy..
 
Together we will take this opportunity to review and realign the manuals for updates and actualization of the teachings. Every participant will have a space in the manual where to integrate their own perspective and insights, as co-authors. (more details coming up soon)
