Amenities

We’ll practice yoga daily, but the week is designed to leave plenty of room for Portugal itself. We’ll hike a section of the Fisherman’s Trail, visit towns along the coast, taste local wine and cheese, head out for a sunset dinner by the Atlantic, experience traditional Alentejo food and music, and spend plenty of time enjoying Quinta Camarena. When the schedule is open, the time is yours. Swim, take a sauna or cold plunge, wander the property, walk into Cercal, book a massage or find a hammock and stay there for a while.

About the week

PLAYLIST YOGA was created around a simple idea: sometimes you need to quiet the noise to hear yourself again. In our Cincinnati studios, we use movement, music and an immersive class experience to help people get out of their heads and into the moment. Our retreats take that same idea somewhere new, creating space to reconnect with yourself and step away from the noise of everyday life.

About PLAYLIST YOGA

Daily yoga will be led by PLAYLIST YOGA instructors Leah Vasiliadis and Tommy Moorman. Practices will be designed around the rhythm of the week, from morning movement before a day of exploring to slower sessions when we have more time to settle in at Quinta. You don’t need to be an experienced yogi to join. Classes will be accessible to a range of experience levels, with plenty of room to make the practice your own. Yoga is part of the experience, not a requirement. Spouses, friends and non-yogis are welcome, with plenty to enjoy throughout the week on and off the mat.
