It was a pleasure meeting Christina and all the other women at the retreat. It was very organized with sessions, meals, and downtime.

Christina leads by example & is grounded in what’s important & what’s not. The ranch was an outstanding environment. The food & amenities were excellent. Highly recommend

Not knowing what I was signing up for - other than supporting a friend - I thoroughly enjoyed the LYL Retreat and would like to attend another one. I appreciated the opportunity to hear others’ stories and share my own. The lodging, yoga and LYL sessions, food, and personal interactions were the best…Bailey, Biscuit, Kevin, and the M&H Ranch were the “bestest”! I was disappointed in the M&H Ranch Spa, but that doesn’t reflect negatively on the LYL Retreat nor detract from the overall experience.

Christina created an amazing experience, and despite the weather changing our plans it was a wonderful time! Accommodations were top notch and Tiffany made every meal a wonderful experience. Excited to try another trip in the future!

WHAT AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE! Christina had things so thoughtfully planned I didn’t have to worry about a thing but rather show up fully and breathe…. For the first time in a long time. Tiffany’s thoughtful, nutritious and beautifully presented food added so so much to the experience! I had sensed intuitively this would be a life changing experience… and it wholly lived up to that expectation. I feel lighter, more centered and determined to KEEP doing the work to maintain the foundation laid with Christina during this retreat. I understand 100% why women return… I am looking forward to doing so myself soon as well. Thank you so very much!! Kelly
