It was amazing! The teachers did a fantastic job of holding space for us. The styles of teaching meshed well and a well rounded practice over the trip was exactly what my body needed. The food was incredible! Everything was extremely fresh. I thoroughly enjoyed everything about our meals. Everything we had was clean and simple. I paid to "upgrade" to a room by myself. The room I got was dark and extremely hot with no air flow and no natural daylight during the day. Had I known the difference in the rooms, since the other option was to have a light room with a sliding glass door facing the ocean (for a breeze during the day), I would not have paid extra. I was not in my room much, to shower and change, and the extra money I paid was a waste. The accommodations were clean and well taken care of and I would definitely stay there again.
